PRICING DETAILS

Hall Fee

Standard Usage (8 hours): ₦4,000,000. Refundable Caution Fee: ₦100,000 (covers damages, to be paid in cash for immediate refund after inspection)

Taxes & Additional Charges

· VAT (7.5%): ₦225,000 · Consumption Tax (5%): ₦150,000 · Merriment Tax: ₦20,000

Additional Fees

· Vendor Caution Fee: ₦50,000 per vendor (for external vendors). · Overnight Setup: ₦50,000. · Corkage Fees: Chairs: ₦50,000 (refundable). Lights: ₦50,000. · Extra Hours: ₦150,000 per hour until 11:00 PM; ₦200,000 per hour after 11:00 PM. · Generator: A diesel generator must be hired if extra lighting is brought in.

Our Booking Policy

Shasha Events

To secure your booking, full payment is required no later than two weeks before the scheduled date of your event. This ensures that we can prepare and allocate resources to make your occasion truly exceptional.

Please note that You agree to secure your booking by making an initial payment of 50% of the total cost of hire provided that 35% of the total cost of hire shall be non-refundable in the event of cancellation. We recommend confirming all details well in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
